Boca Grande Office

Steve was born and raised in Lancashire England, and first started visiting Boca Grande and the Cape Haze Peninsula area with his family over twenty years ago. Over the years, Steve invested in and enjoyed the use of various waterfront condominium properties at the Boca Grande Club on Gasparilla Island, and also a waterfront home in Cape Haze. Steve has been a full-time resident of Florida for eight years.

Steve has had personal involvement owning and operating several successful businesses over the years including restaurants in Blackpool England, and also the Banana Bay Waterfront Resort on Siesta Key, Florida.

It was during his initial visit to this area in 1985, that Steve first met Randy Wojcik. Randy is currently one of the principal Owner / Brokers at the Gasparilla Properties office in Boca Grande. Their friendship continues to this day, and after nearly 20 years since their first meeting, Steve has joined Randy’s team at the Gasparilla Properties office as a full-time licensed Realtor.

Steve’s vast business experience, appreciation for the lifestyle and natural beauty of Boca Grande and the surrounding area, and enjoyment of interacting with others serves him well in the real estate business. Already during his first year with Gasparilla Properties, Steve has been involved in a number of sales including a successful acreage transaction, with a sales price exceeding $15,000,000!.

Steve and his family live in a waterfront home in Englewood where they enjoy the pleasures of a Southwest Florida lifestyle, including nightly sunsets over beautiful Lemon Bay.
