Cindy Susi joins the Gasparilla Properties team in Boca Grande with an extensive background in business operations and Sales of Water front and Golf front properties. She specializes as an Onsite Realtor directly for Bob Melvin at the Angler’s Club at Gasparilla Marina and the Cottages and Lodges at Coral Creek Club. Whether working with buyers or sellers, Cindy is dedicated to serving her clientele with the highest level of integrity, professionalism and enthusiasm.

Cindy’s business acumen was cultivated at an early age in a family owned high fashion ladies boutique located in her home state of Texas. Her involvement began with retail sales which led into buying and modeling through her college age years. Family relocations led Cindy to Florida where subsequently a natural flair for design led into the design and construction of various water front commercial and residential projects, thus defining her career.

Family values keep Cindy involved with her daughter Breeanne who is graduating from nursing school and son Patrick who when finished with college may sharpen his natural people and sales talents in the Real Estate industry as well.

Personal time finds Cindy enjoying Southwest Florida’s wonderful environment with boating, kayaking, motorcycling, gardening and entertaining at home, as well as continuing to pursue various interior design projects.
