Boca Grande Office, Assistant to Carol Lockett

Stacey grew up in South Hero, Vermont and graduated from Champlain College in Burlington.

In 1993, Stacey and her husband began their first business venture together by creating a management company that allowed them the freedom to travel to a variety of places. They spent six months outside of Georgetown, Grand Cayman managing four specialty retail shops. Their next move took them to Key Colony Beach in the Florida Keys where Stacey owned and managed the only delicatessen on the island.

Stacey and her husband's travels continued cross country in 2001 when they sold advertising for the national company of Affinity Group Publishing.

During 2002, Stacey stumbled upon Englewood, Florida. Having grown up on Lake Champlain, she has always had a strong interest in the water. The Cape Haze, Placida and Englewood areas offer easy access to the water via boat launches or marinas. "Whether I want to cruise down the ICW to a favorite lunch spot or go water skiing on a quiet bay, I feel like I have found my paradise."

Stacey has always had an active interest in real estate and owns several rental properties. Wanting to take advantage of the numerous opportunities that exist in this area, Stacey obtained her real estate license in 2004. In order to pursue a new career in real estate, she joined Gasparilla Properties' Boca Grande
office shortly thereafter.

As the Rental Assistant for Gasparilla Properties' active Rental Department and as Sales Assistant to Carol Lockett, Stacey's days are very busy handling much of the day-to-day rental activity with a great deal of interaction with the owners and renters in the rental program. While juggling her rental responsibilities, Stacey assists with various aspects of Carol's sales efforts.

Stacey has volunteered for local humane societies and is a member of the U. S. Power Squadron. In addition, she is a member of the Englewood Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Stacey and her husband, Gregg, live in Englewood with their Wheaton Terrier, Cody. They enjoy spending as much of their free time as possible on their boat. Stacey is an avid water skier and takes every opportunity to get in an early morning ski when the water is at its calmest. When she isn't on the water, she is enjoying learning agility training with Cody. It's great exercise, a lot of fun, and a wonderful way to spend part of a day.
